Our Hex Bolts are manufactured to provide a dependable and versatile fastening solution for a wide range of industrial, mechanical, construction, equipment, and maintenance applications. Featuring the familiar six-sided head design, Hex Bolts can be easily installed and tightened using standard wrenches or sockets, making them one of the most widely adopted fastening components in industrial assembly. Their straightforward design, broad size availability, and multiple strength and material options make them suitable for everything from general-purpose equipment assembly to demanding mechanical and structural applications.

For OEM manufacturers, machinery builders, construction suppliers, fastener distributors, and industrial wholesalers, our Hex Bolts are designed as a flexible sourcing range rather than a single specification, allowing buyers to select the appropriate material, strength grade, size, and surface finish according to the actual requirements of each application.

Multiple Steel and Brass Material Options

Our Hex Bolts are available in 1035 carbon steel, 1045 carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, and Brass, providing buyers with different material choices for mechanical performance, application environment, appearance, and cost considerations. 1035 carbon steel offers a practical balance of strength, machinability, and cost efficiency for general-purpose fastening applications. 1045 carbon steel provides a higher-strength carbon steel option, and 40Cr alloy steel offers an alloy-steel alternative for more demanding mechanical fastening requirements. Brass Hex Bolts can be considered for applications where corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, appearance, or material compatibility is important.

Multiple Strength Grades for Different Load Requirements

Not every fastening application requires the same mechanical strength. Our metric Hex Bolts are available in 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, and 10.9 property classes according to ISO 898-1, providing a broad selection from general-purpose fastening to high-strength mechanical applications. For inch-series requirements, we offer SAE J429 Grade 2, Grade 5, and Grade 8. Lower and medium grades can be selected for general equipment and machinery assembly where extreme strength is not required, while Grade 8.8, 10.9, SAE Grade 5, and Grade 8 provide options for more demanding applications, subject to the complete joint design and application requirements.

Standardized ISO, DIN and ASME Specifications

Our Hex Bolts are available according to widely recognized international standards, including ISO 4014 and ISO 4017, corresponding to DIN 931 and DIN 933, as well as ASME B18.2.1 for inch-series applications. Our Hex Bolts cover a wide dimensional range from M4 to M52 for metric applications and approximately 1/4" to 2" for inch-series applications.

Black, Zinc-Plated and Hot-Dip Galvanized Finishes

Different applications require different levels of surface protection, which is why our Hex Bolts are available in Black, Zinc Plated (ZP), and Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) finishes.

Black

A traditional industrial appearance, widely suitable for machinery, equipment, and general mechanical applications.

Zinc Plated (ZP)

Additional surface protection for indoor and general industrial applications.

Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG)

A heavier galvanized coating for outdoor construction, infrastructure, and agricultural equipment.

A Standardized Fastening Solution Across Multiple Industries

Because of their simple installation, standardized geometry, and broad specification range, Hex Bolts are used across virtually every major industrial sector. Typical applications include machinery manufacturing, automotive and transportation equipment, construction, steel fabrication, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and general mechanical assembly. For distributors and wholesalers, the combination of metric and inch sizes, multiple grades, materials, and finishes creates a versatile inventory suitable for serving different customer groups.

A Flexible Sourcing Solution for OEM and Wholesale Buyers

Our Hex Bolts bring together 1035, 1045, 40Cr, and Brass material options; ISO 898-1 grades 4.8/6.8/8.8/10.9; SAE J429 Grades 2/5/8; ISO 4014/4017, DIN 931/933, and ASME B18.2.1 standards; M4–M52 and 1/4"–2" sizes; and Black, Zinc-Plated, and HDG finishes in one comprehensive product range.

Whether you are sourcing standard hex bolts for machinery assembly, high-strength 8.8 or 10.9 bolts for demanding mechanical applications, galvanized hex bolts for outdoor projects, inch-series bolts for North American equipment, or brass bolts for specialized applications, our range provides the specification flexibility required by professional buyers — a practical and dependable fastening solution for OEM production, engineering projects, industrial maintenance, distribution, and bulk purchasing.
