In accordance with Article 19a of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and the Council of 8 June 2016 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union (1) ('the basic Regulation'), and with regard to the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of screws without heads originating in China, with this annex the Commission provides a summary of the proposed provisional duties for information purposes only.
All exporting producers with an individual margin will receive details of the calculation of their individual provisional duty.
All exporting producers should check carefully the spelling of their company name in English below. Please notify the Commission of any errors immediately.
Product scope
The product subject to the provisional duties is screws and bolts, whether or not with their nuts and washers, without heads, of iron or steel other than stainless steel, regardless of tensile strength, excluding coach screws and other wood screws, screw hooks and screw rings, self-tapping screws, and screws and bolts for fixing railway track construction material, currently classified under CN codes 7318 15 42 and 7318 15 48 (‘the product under investigation’).
